When I began my career on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1983, I stepped into a world where women were almost absent.  Rather than be discouraged, I used that experience to fuel my determination to lead with focus, resilience, and clarity of purpose.  That same determination continues to drive me today as CEO of Donnell Systems, Inc.

It is an honor to lead Donnell Systems as a woman-owned company – a milestone that reflects not only our growth, but also our enduring commitment to diversity, leadership and excellence.  While ownership of the company has changed, our mission remains steadfast:  to unlock the potential of our customer’s information.
