OCIE is an independent, centralized repository, that archives information produced by a wide range of technologies and software applications, including mainframe generated print-line reports and PDF and PCL print streams.

DATA EXTRACTION AND TRANSFORMATION SYSTEM
In order to save time, redirect resources and prevent human error, OCIE’s data extraction and transformation tools automatically extract data elements from mission-critical reports from any application or platform to any application or database for further analysis and processing. OCIE eliminates manual tasks, errors associated with re-keying data, and tedious labor and paper-intensive processes.

INTEGRATED DOCUMENT ARCHIVE & RETRIEVAL SYSTEM

Automatically burst reports into sectioned or departmental reports that are accessible only by authorized users. Reports can be sectioned by specified data elements such as financial class, patient type, hospital code or other criteria.

FORM OVERLAY
OCIE provides users with an efficient method for on-demand reprinting of form documents, such as UBs or 1500s, while at the same time eliminating the need to buy and stockpile expensive, multi-part pre-printed paper forms. OCIE manages form images which are digitally superimposed over the associated text-based system output.
